Information we process

We process account and profile information, studio preferences, artwork records and images, People and interaction records, placements, sales records, provenance, reminders, portfolio selections, documents, imports, and support communications that you choose to provide.

Subscription billing is handled by our payment provider. Manifesting.Art stores the billing identifiers and subscription status needed to operate your account, but does not store full payment-card numbers.

How information is used

• Operate, secure, support, and improve your studio workspace.
• Process imports, images, generated documents, reminders, exports, and deletion requests.
• Publish only the portfolio snapshots and private links you explicitly create.
• Maintain audit records for privileged actions and approved automation.
• Send account, security, billing, reminder, and requested transactional messages.

AI assistance

AI features run only when you request assistance. Manifesting.Art sends a minimized subset of the relevant record to its AI provider, records the purpose and model version, and presents the result as a suggestion for review. AI cannot publish a portfolio, contact someone, or make a financial decision on your behalf.

Service providers

We use specialized providers for authentication, database and file storage, hosting, payment processing, transactional email, durable background work, malware scanning, AI assistance, error monitoring, and consent-aware product analytics. They process information only to provide those services under their applicable agreements and security controls.

Private files and public portfolios

Original artwork files remain in private storage. Before publication, images are validated, scanned, processed into derivatives, and stripped of embedded metadata. Public portfolios use an explicit, versioned snapshot. Unpublishing removes access to that snapshot and its public derivatives; private share links can also expire, reach a view limit, or be revoked.

Retention, export, and deletion

Business records use recoverable deletion and limited retention where needed for service integrity. You can request an account export from Settings. Account deletion uses a separate verification step and a delayed workflow so accidental requests can be detected before the workspace and account identity are removed. Backups may retain deleted data temporarily until their normal expiration.

Security

Manifesting.Art uses managed authentication, secure browser sessions, optional multi-factor authentication, workspace-level database and storage controls, encrypted transport, upload quarantine, least-privilege service credentials, and audited privileged operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security; contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your choices

• Correct profile and studio information in Settings.
• Control portfolio publication, contact-email display, and private links.
• Enable or disable optional product analytics when consent controls are presented.
• Export your account or begin the verified deletion process.
