Terms of service

The service

Manifesting.Art is a business workspace for independent artists. It provides artwork and relationship records, imports, placements, provenance, reminders, document generation, portfolio publication, private shares, and reviewable assistance. It is not an artwork marketplace, payment collector, insurer, accountant, tax adviser, or law firm.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for confirming that records, generated documents, and suggested changes are accurate before relying on them.

Trial, subscription, and cancellation

Manifesting.Art Studio is offered at $19 USD per month after a 14-day trial, plus any applicable subscription taxes. Unless canceled, the subscription renews monthly. You can manage payment details and cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the portal states otherwise.

Your content

You retain ownership of artwork images, text, records, and other content you provide. You grant Manifesting.Art the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, transform, and display that content solely to operate features you request. You are responsible for having the rights required to upload and publish the content.

Publishing and sharing

You decide what to publish and whom to share it with. Public portfolio URLs may be viewed and redistributed by others. Private links reduce casual access but are bearer links: anyone who receives a valid link may use it until it expires, reaches its view limit, or is revoked.

Automation and generated material

AI suggestions and generated documents may be incomplete or incorrect. They are drafts, not professional, valuation, authenticity, legal, tax, or financial advice. Review all proposed changes and generated material before applying, publishing, sending, or relying on them.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Upload malware, infringing material, or content you are not authorized to process.
• Attempt to access another workspace, account, credential, or private file.
• Interfere with service availability, bypass security controls, or abuse automated features.
• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects an active paid subscription.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Manifesting.Art is not responsible for decisions made from inaccurate records, drafts, third-party links, or content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use of the service

You may export your records, cancel the subscription, and request verified account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
